What to expect if you require a repair
If you require a repair visit, we recommend you get in touch with our contact centre first to see if this is something that we can solve without a technician visiting your home.
We are currently prioritising essential repairs. This applies to: refrigeration appliances, washing machines, cooking appliances and dishwashers.
If you or anyone in your home are self-isolating in accordance with the latest government guidelines, we regret that we will not be able to attend your property at this time. You can contact us if you live alone, after 7 days from the day symptoms started. If anyone you live with has symptoms, then the entire household needs to isolate and you can contact us after 14 days from the day symptoms started.
If you already have a booked repair visit, you can easily re-book your already planned service visit by calling us.
In order to protect the health and safety of our independent service providers employees, Electrolux has implemented additional requirements for service technicians during your repair visit. This means that our technicians will need to use the external door nearest to the appliance if possible, avoid direct contact including handshakes, will distance themselves from you during the repair, ask to wash their hands and may ask additional questions around your health, the result of which may be that we propose a later date for a visit.
Purchasing spare parts and accessories online
Currently the availability and delivery times of our spare parts and accessories are unaffected by the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
